We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling professional services related to Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the business applications landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 


  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads and expand our customer base. Receive leads generated from internal sources and develop them.  
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners in tactical markets to qualify leads, position our offering and give solutions proactively.  
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. 
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of our Microsoft Business Applications implementation services to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives. 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services and identify new opportunities. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation. 
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue using CRM tools. 
  • Collaborations for effective Sales: Work with pre-sales and experts including delivery managers to position an effective solution proposal and value proposition to the client/partners.


  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling professional services related to Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) with proven outcomes.  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot and their licensing models.  


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business and technical concepts. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
