As a people-first organization dealing with Billion Dollar clients, Acumant has seen tremendous growth and continues to envision the same in the near future. In an attempt to scale to potential, it aims to expand rapidly; inviting top-level talent, nurturing them, and enabling them to be powerhouses of growth.
Acumant’s expansion to two new locations this year alone is a cornerstone of this vision – to become a global force specializing in delivering high-end Microsoft solutions. While the Stockholm office opened up earlier this year, the Bangalore office was inaugurated this month.
Expanding horizons to India’s Silicon Valley
Bangalore is a melting pot of cultures and a thriving ground for talent. Naturally, the expansion plan in India had to start with Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India. The first physical location in Bangalore is set in HSR Layout, an energetic locale.
During the pandemic, we adopted a work-from-home culture and as the world opened up, we switched to a hybrid model. To empower our workforce in Bangalore to embrace a hybrid model, we chose a workspace that was flexible and in line with the vision to have a convenient space to innovate, create and deliver. Our remote workforce was flown in from across the country to experience their future workspace; what followed was collaboration, fun, and frolic and most definitely a peek into the bright future ahead.

DAY 2
Team Building
After a successful inauguration, the team took off to the picturesque Discovery Village situated in Kanakapura. Situated on the outskirts of Bengaluru, the resort surrounded by mountains on one side and lush greenery on the other, was a whole new world in itself.
An evening of fun, games, and interaction with the head office awaited the team.
Activities that tastefully combined fun and fundamentals
After a fun-filled session, the team headed for a quick video meet-up with the management based out of Sweden. The session brought forth many surprises, exciting developments and a peek into the days to come.
As an extension of its people-first culture, Acumant introduced various developments and initiatives to enable employee well-being. Some of the key takeaways include

The meeting ended with a team dinner where chirpy conversations filled the air.
The following day saw our adventure enthusiasts step out for a quick hike, followed by a few more adrenaline-rush-inducing adventures. This was then followed by lunch post which the team dispersed to go home to their families for Diwali.
We are elated to have brought our people together for a quick 3-day event that entailed so many developments that promise a bright future ahead. With our new location operational and yet another quarter to look forward to, we are excited, as is our team.
