A Dynamics CRM Lead is an expert responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, working on power platform-related technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent project management skills, and ways to Guide the team to develop CRM solutions collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, solution designing, team, and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Led the implementation of CRM software, including requirements gathering, system configuration, customization, deployment, and integration with other systems as needed.
Experience and understanding of all the modules of CRM from Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Project Automation, and Field Services.
Design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom integrations to enhance CRM functionality.
Create and customize forms, views, and dashboards to improve user experience.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM configurations and customizations.
Experience in Data Migration.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Guide and train the CRM junior resources as needed.
Document coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
Coordinate the deployment of CRM solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer with a focus on customization and configuration.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, modules, and components.
Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript.
Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
