A Dynamics CRM Lead is an expert responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, working on power platform-related technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent project management skills, and ways to Guide the team to develop CRM solutions collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.  

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, solution designing, team, and project management.  


  • Led the implementation of CRM software, including requirements gathering, system configuration, customization, deployment, and integration with other systems as needed.  
  • Experience and understanding of all the modules of CRM from Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Project Automation, and Field Services.  
  • Design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.  
  • Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom integrations to enhance CRM functionality.  
  • Create and customize forms, views, and dashboards to improve user experience.  
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices.  
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM configurations and customizations.  
  • Experience in Data Migration.  
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.  
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.  
  • Guide and train the CRM junior resources as needed.  
  • Document coding standards, best practices, and development processes.  
  • Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.   
  • Coordinate the deployment of CRM solutions.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer with a focus on customization and configuration.  
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, modules, and components.  
  • Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript.  
  • Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies.  
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Experience on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)  
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
