As Senior Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, working on power platform-related technologies collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of CRM projects.

• Design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom integrations to enhance CRM functionality.
• Create and customize forms, views, and dashboards to improve user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM configurations and customizations.
• Experience in Data Migration.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Document coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Coordinate the deployment of CRM solutions.

• 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer, with a focus on customization and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, modules, and components.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience on Power Platform(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
